The TerrorBoost
The TerrorBoost Grant provides $500 grants to North Carolina first-year FLL teams to aid with initial registration and material costs. Second-year teams are also eligible to apply, if they have demonstrated potential to be sustainable beyond the grant.
A great and affordable way to teach middle schoolers the joy of competitive robotics, FLL is valuable for inspiring younger students in the principles of engineering. Our goal is to support the growth of new FLL teams in our community and beyond.

Hosting MiniFRC
The TerrorBoost Grant also awards financial assistance to teams that want to host their own MiniFRC tournaments. Teams who receive the grant will be expected to host one full MiniFRC event or one MiniFRC-SE event. The Terrorbytes will provide manual templates, field CAD, and documentation to support these teams.
FIRST Rookie Teams and Others
Our team is happy to consider supporting other STEM initiatives in the community as well, whether that is FTC and FRC rookie teams, or something completely unique. Fill out the application and we will reach out!
